Who the heck is Stormie's Restaurant??

Does anyone have Stormie's Restaurant as a neighbor? I don't remember if I asked them to be a neighbor or if they asked me. It doesn't appear as though they are playing. They are a 0 star restaurant, and they can not be deleted from your neighbor's list. How is this possible??

Everyone has him as a neighbor. There are several threads on this already. Stormie was created by TL and is a neighbour in a majority of the games.

"Stormie is a computer-controlled neighbor that has been added to many players' games. He can not be removed as a neighbor at this time, though Stormie is able to be visited each day, and will grant requests for Parts if you haven't reached your daily max (please note that this doesn't happen right away).

As much as Stormie would appreciate your Gifts and well-wishes, he can not be Gifted at this time, and you aren't able to write on his wall.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns about your new neighbor!"

"He's a helpful and friendly neighbor. One of Stormie's benefits is that he grants parts requests (not immediately, of course, you need to give him some time for these). When you're building constructables, it's super handy to have a helpful neighbor like Stormie helping you out!"

I don't mind this nbr, if it helps me, but I hate it appears on the top of the list, like the King of the world or something, which messed up the alphabetical sorting.

Stormie is just a neighbor. He's causing no problems. He will stay on your neighbors list until TeamLava does something.
