Customers come to door, but won't come in!

I play on my iPad. Bakery story world games. I have restarted, deleted and reinstalled the game. Problem is I am now down to 24 hearts overnight, my customers come to the door have alittle clock over their heads and leave. My tbls are clear and I have plenty of food. What's up? HELP!!!!! Thk u. Check that nothing is blocking your cash register

Yes thk u, rainbow divider from yesterday, but now customers only come in when gam is open still sad, but thk u for answer.

The customers will continue to go into your Bakery even when your not playing the game except you will not see them since the game is not open. This is why when you first open the game it looks like nobody is in your Bakery.
