neighbor i didnt invite and cant delete

I all of a sudden have a neighbor I didnt invite it is a 0 tipper and their name stays at the top of my list no matter what. I can not get it off my list no matter what. I have of course tied edit and remove a dozen times it just stays there. Any one else have this happen?

I'm sorry, but how many times is the same thread going to be created? Stormie is your new neighbor. He's computer controlled and was released by TeamLava. You can't fully interact with him or his restaurant, but he's just an extra neighbor. He's NOT causing any types of problems to the game and he's NOT a hacker.
