Expanding from 14x17 to 20x23

I am at 14 x 17 and say I wanna expand to 20 x 23 and it cost about 10,000,000 coins; Is is possible to directly expand to the latter said expansion if I have the money?
I'm afraid to try 'cause if it is possible I'd wait till the last expansion is available and purchase that, rather than saving from scratch.
