i have strange new uninvited neighbor

I am very careful about accepting new neighbors, but today I noticed a new neighbor in bakery. I thought maybe I accidentally accepted her/him without realizing it...until I opened farm story up to find this same strange neighbor. I checked out their farm and noticed that I could see the exclamation point above their animals. I 'm pretty sure that only the farms owner is supposed to be able to see when animals are ready to be collected. I tried to write on my mystery neighbors wall, which said that nobody had left any messages yet, but after posting a message, it did not show up.
what's going on TL? Something whacky has been going on in the last few weeks.
