Two weeks ago, I was enjoying the updates but since then, my bakery has been force closing and I totally cannot access it! :mad: I emailed support two times and there are no replies. This is so irritating as I know I definitely had lost neighbours and food! :(

You're only going to get an automated reply advising you to delete the app and then re download it. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not. But try it and post an update in the forum.

Try uninstalling the game and reinstall it. Move your game to your sd card to free up some memory. Close any other applications running in the background.

On support , check you spam folder to make sure they did not respond to you and it ended up in your spam folder.

You can also reply back to the automatic email they sent you with your ticket number on it to check on a status of your issue.
