Game goes off each few momets, cant play

After some weeks I started to play again this game in my iPad, but cant normally play while I am managing my nbrs lists, each few mins go off, sometimes i even wont load my nbrs etc. This way I cant play. Pls let me know whats going on. It still telling me like no internet while i can play other games ok.
