Neighbor Requests

I don't understand why this is happening but I keep gettin the same five requests poppin up. I click "accept" and I visited and sent gifts but everytime I launch the game, those same five pop up again. This has been goin on for 2 days now.

I've had this issue since yesterday with one person who has been requesting me. Every time I accept it seems to go through but if I quit the game and come back her name pops up.
