Price of bank is different in my ipad2 and iphone4, is $11,400 the real price of bank?

Pls help to correct this bug, thank you very much;)

Not everyone will see the same prices for items in game. So each account you have on each device could show different prices.

Why wont we see the same prices? If I'm in the U.S and ___ is in the U.S and I'm being charged more money where could anyone get off that it's fair? It would make someone not want to continue playing.
