Mastering Food

How do you know if you have "mastered" your food. Mine says level 4 but I don't recall getting the coins and the experience points. The bar seems to be already at maximum.

It would be cool if, with each level of mastery, the food looked slightly different. Maybe a garnish added at level 1, another garnish added at level 2, etc. And, when you've completely mastered one to level 4, the chef (host?) gets a notch on his hat or something.

Basically, something so that vistors can see that your chef has mastered x-number of foods, and can tell if a food shown on the screen is leveled up. Just a suggestion.
