Anyone else not able to set dividers to section their bakery?

I am playing on an android Toshiba thrive tablet. I can select the white dividers,but my screen changes like it does when you place floor tiles. I can not set my dividers where I want them. I have 12 in storage and want to use them. Ii have deleted my game and downloaded it again with no change. Help, please!

Mine does not do this. Quick question. Are you sure you are in decorations tab for the dividers or are you under wallpaper clicking on the white wall paper?

I am having this same issue! I am on an iPad. I cannot even place the ones I already own!
