I opened my bakery just now and what came up is a level 11 bakery named Peta. My bakery is a level 97 named Mori no tokei. Please help. I'm worried that it won't come back.

Ok this is troubling. I too seem to have something weird happen. It is still my bakery but i have nbrs that i know for sure i have never added. When returning visits to my regular nbrs, they were showing up as visitors, as in I can only tip them 3 instead of regular 6. What is going on?

Oh my gosh! Same thing has just happened to me. I still have my own bakery but my neighbor list is going bananas. There are ppl there that I never added and some names come up multiple times. I hope it doesn't stick... I'll be really sad if it does :(

Oh my! I'm glad I'm not the only one! I have someone else's bakery...with complete control of their food, friends, money, & GEMS!! Not good! I want my bakery back & I pray the person with access to it now doesn't do anything that I will regret!:-( This bakery is played on my kindle fire (android), I also have a bakery on my iphone (ios) that is still MY bakery but all my neighbors are gone & some new ones are listed upwards of 20+ times! Yes...me too...i lost all my good neighbor....and replace with some neighbor with low level...was my neighbor at level 70-90....now...i only have neighbor with level 8-11..... It happens in my FS.BS.RS....aaarrggghhh whats goin on???????????

I've got this too. looks like a bug that everyone is getting. I hope that when this problem is sorted out that they reset it to when the bug wasn't here otherwise people might have missing gems or money.

And really I haven't seen one sale this year and when a wrong bakery pops up I get a sale???? A much lower level BTW things just don't seem right

My daughter's bakery has also changed to someone else's.... she is on Kindle Fire. Level 8 instead of 32. Mine and my other daughter's are fine. Man, 2 major hassles in 2 days... do they want us to stop playing?

I play BS/RS/NS and all are messed up. The only profile that is not me is in BS, it's someone else's place, but RS/NS neighbor lists are weird. I uninstalled all 3 and turned off my Kindle Fire. I had no idea this was even possible. I really hope TL is working on this right now.

I can't get into BS or RS... I get the same 'no internet connection' message, which, of course, I do have. I got on about an hour ago, with a strange neighbor list. Then, I signed off the games. After that, when I tried to sign onto the games again, I couldn't. I have spent months (and money) on these games, as others have, too, I'm sure. Team Lava always says they have our games on their systems, so I sure hope they can fix things and get them back. If they can't, then they really need to compensate every player!

The account issues you guys may have experienced in any to all of your games should have been resolved around 8:30pm PDT. Please restart your device and try to access your games.
