Week 4 - Guess the Dragon Mafia Mastermind!

Fire Dragon caught! Fairy Dragon caught! Serpent Dragon caught!
We have caught all 3 of the mafia thugs; fire, fairy, and serpent dragons. Each have given us clues about the Mafia Mastermind. We are ever closer to discovering the truth about this heinousness mob boss. Unfortunately we still don't know who he is. This is the final week of the investigation! Stay tuned this week as we reveal only 1 final clue about who the mafia mastermind might be. Use all of the clues revealed from the previous weeks answers to determine who the mob boss might be. Will you help the Dragon Island Police decipher the clues and identify the mob boss?
If you'd like to lend your services to the investigation we're prepared to offer Gems, City Cash, Club Cash, or Gold to 6 Private Eyes each week who can help us put the correct dragons behind bars. And not to worry, for those of you who do not play Dragon Story or are on an Android device, we have created this Clue Thread (http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?31333-CLUES-for-Dragon-Mafia-Mastermind!) for all of you to participate.
Contest and Rules:
-Only 1 clue will be revealed this week.
-The clue will be posted in this thread on a random day this week.
-Send a PM (Private Message) to ButterPanda (http://forums.teamlava.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=52) and say "Mob Boss Guess" with the in game name of the Dragon you think it is.
-You can only send me 1 PM guess for this week's contest. So don't send me a PM until you have seen all 4 of the clues to guess which Dragon it is!
-Do not post the answer to the Dragon in the forums even if you think you don't know it.
Prizes:
-7 Winners
-1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will go to whoever the first 3 to PM ButterPanda. They will win 50 gems each.
-4th, 5th, 6th, & 7th winners will be picked at Random from BP's PM's and will win 30 gems each. (remember to only send 1 PM)

Due to the reports we received from the dragons visiting the waterfall's lagoon, we decided to investigate further. So we went into the caverns behind the waterfall and found a secret lair with bits of stolen food trailing down the path. The deeper we went in the harder it became to see. It was almost like a fog cloud covered the interior of the cave. Small flashes of light started to appear in the fog further into the cave becoming more annoying as they shocked us more and more as we kept going. We knew we had to be close and then, there he was, peacefully asleep, the Mafia Mastermind... Mindvolt!
