People having trouble sending me gems.

I know your aloud to get 7 a day. But I have neighbors that send me one everyday and it's not allowing them to. Anyone know what's up.

I think you can recieve up to 20 per day.
You can only send out 3 gems per day, so it is possible that your neighbors are sending out to all their neighbors thinking everyone is getting a gem. When you send out gems to more than 3 neighbors, the system will randomly send to only three neighbors.

We are all high levels and realize that you can only send 3. But for some reasons the are having a hard time sending me gems.

What's the error message they are getting when your friends are trying to send you Gems?

That I have received max number of gifts or that. Or they have sent to many. But I haven't received to many. And they know they can only send 3. 2 of the people I have been exchanging with for awhile now and the last couple weeks they have been having trouble.
