Expansion Costs question

Expansion cost has been a topic thread in the past, but we need a sticky with just a list of expansion costs, maps, and time. Maybe even a list of time to clear different objects. The list sticky is too long to go through. Oh and if any one is over two million to expand, how many maps and how long to expand? I think I read 64 maps

This list only goes up to 1.55 million coins and my expansions are almost two million each. It is a good list to start
