My cashier has gone. How can I get her back?

I can not rememberwhat I did few months ago to get rid of my cashier. Now I need her back. What should I do to get her back?

Make sure nothing is in front of the podium, and make sure there is enough room behind the podium for your hostess to stand.

Mine is the same way. No cashier. I put the register in the middle of the room, no luck. This happened after I subbed the Irish girl for the reg. Cashier. Never have been able to get her back. I am playing on an android tablet.
