Appliances won't unlock

Idk if this is a bug but whenever I reach a certain level my appliances will not unlock.
Like it say you have reach the max, appliances will unlock
At level 14, I get to 14 and it doesn't unlock it says wait until
Level 19. It's pointless to play if I can't unlock the appliances can somone help plz.

There's a bug at the moment, go and force close, then go back in, it will be unlocked for you.
