What makes customers happy or unhappy?

Hi, I'm new to Bakery, and am having some unhappy customers. I know in Fashion, they have to have easy access to certain items or they get mad and leave. Is the same true here? I am sure they want to be able to get to the cash register, that's a given, but what else? I only have a few things in my little start up bakery, I'm not sure what they feel they can't get to, or what's irritating them.

They need to be able to get to chairs with tables and counters need to have food so that when a customer sits down they can be served.
