I started playing on my iPad, but would like to play on my iPhone. Why do I have to create a new user name, how can I transfer the one I have?

Games are saved under Team Lavas servers under your storm ID.
When you set up your first TL game's storm ID, all games are set to this ID. If you lose your phone, or something happens your games are safe and can be retrieved.

To Transfer your games:
You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play and the number of gems you have in one of your games.

If you know the UDID numbers for both devices , give support that information

Thank you! I guess I have to decide which device I will play on the most, I was hoping there was a way to use both.

You can play on both - just have 2 games. Great way to gift and fill requests for your main game ;)

Lots of people do this (myself included :) )
