Pop up reminder message

After i installed the Olympic bakery story update, the pop up reminder message when the food is ready to serve and for neighbor left message on my wall no longer works, does anyone has the same problem？

Just reinstall the game. Happened to me a few times on all three (BS, RS and FS). After I reinstalled everything meaning my notifications started working properly again. :o)
