i left my store for a few hours, and when i came back there was a message stating that i have earned 25,000 + coins.
but the coins were never counted. I have about the same coins I had before!
and the items that were sold are gone.

it happens to me 5 times out of 10. maybe, in this way i loose about 200.000 coins

and yes i have tried to

install the game new
clear the local cache of the game before starting the game
reboot my device

and
i dont block the doors overnight

my device: dual core Pad with android 4.0.4

please fix that,
game play with this bug is very frustrating.

It's an extremely frustrating situation that TL has not fixed and basically denies the problem exists. Try the suggestions in this thread:

I'll also add that you shouldn't delete any comments on your wall until your coin total goes up. I haven't had a problem if I comment on a nbr's wall, but deleting comments from my own wall has been a problem.
