I think it's fun and I agree that some of the last few updates have been less than pleasing. I love having different themes throughout my bakery instead of one. I get bored quickly and this gives me a chance to switch things up. I love the hippo and the Team Duck but I need more gems. I'm just patiently waiting for all of the parts to be added to gifting. There are so many new parts!! I've got boxes all of the place!

You have to download the new app for it. Search for "Bakery Story World Games" This update will NOT be pushed through to your normal Bakery Story.

not sure yet. but if you plan on doing the goals, you will need to do the goals on the new application.
Also when TL released these, they are considered the most current version of the bakery game and these new application may have some extra bug updated and or fixes .

I think if you go to any page in the app store for any TL game, there is a thing in the top right corner you click for developer store.

World games oven to build with parts we already had
Healthy sweets machine: 10 tubes/10 separators
1 kids sync: 22 gems to buy
"place 35 floor tile decorations"....but this means *buy* 35 more. Mosaic recommended, at 1 gem/, lol
1 shot put cart: needs 10 batons/10 starting blocks
4 hula hoop statues: needs 40 floor mats/40 jump boards
buy 4 water chairs, at 3 gems/
buy a pool counter, at 10 gems
obtain 15 judge placards

And that is just the first round of goals. What next?

Beg, beg, beg!!! Level 97 and it looks as if BS is over for me (Not to mention....I really don't think this fits into a bakery!)

I got the update in apps a couple of hors ago I'm on iPad and in the UK
I can't afford that amount of gems to play the goals way over the top another way to get peeps to buy gems me thinks!

When those who can afford start playing and put it on the forums I'm going to tot up the cost of the coin and gem items needed and all that cooking costs against the rewards recieved for comleting them coin and items gained costs I hope it's fair TL!

Once downloaded I returned to normal bakery story and it's all there the same goals new stuff and all the boxes of building appliances etc show up so no looking at empty spaces!
Not sure if there are any bug updates in the Olympic games vs?

well im completting that fountain goal..i really wanted a fountain so i guess i have too lol... so far i bought the chairs for gems and skip the pool counter for 5 gems... i will also skip the kids sinc for 5 gems once i cook all my 35 pool pie.. so far its 22 gems ugh

I am doing the same as you, bought the tables and chairs and then skipped the rest :P I do hate it that so many of them are gem goals tho. I have to waste all my gems just to get the fountain :(
But it is too late to quit now, so I just hope the rest aren't gem goals!

You have to download another app in order to have this update. Go to the app store and search "bakery story world games". Then download it.

Completely agree. Not to mention once again they made these goals cost much more money and gems then you get in return as a reward. That's why I'm not downloading it. For once I'm actually thankful this isn't a typical update so I can ignore it. I'll just miss out on the new recipes I guess. Bummer, but not worth the frustration of these stupid goals.

Oh! Glad to know I'm not the only one having this issue. Hopefully none of my neighbors are *******ing me. =x Not sure why it's taking so long to fill up the material requests. Sigh..

After a little confusion, I downloaded the Bakery Story: World Games app on my iPad3 yesterday.

The new furniture's okay for me, I haven't bought any of it except for the items required for the quests; they don't quite fit in my bakery either.
The quests involve items that require a lot of, um, *asking*... The 4 Hula Hoop Statues, the Put Shot Cart, and the Healthy Sweets Machine are taking me ages to build! They're just taking up space in my bakery while my giftmax fills up and I sit there steaming at those little storage boxes -.- lol.

And I'm rather frustrated about the goal for Poseidon's Fountain, it looks so pretty but the first step alone requires items that need to be bought with diamonds and after looking at the other threads about the next steps in that goal, I've basically given up on unlocking the fountain...

I think you'll want the goals that give you gems for games though. Just might.

Yes, those I want. But a lot of those games aren't available on Android either.

I like to goals for gems too but in this case I am skipping some of them. They want you to play story games that I never play or have time to. And once you reach one level they set another goal to go even further, I think in the hope you will eitehr spead money to get there quickly or keep the game.
