Invisible city halls and banks

There's a problem today with city halls and banks. We can see them in our own city but when we visit other cities, they are not there. We see an empty lot.

I am having a nbr check my game. I think one of mine nbrs have both of these, but I cannot see them either.

This is a known issue. We have intentionally removed from view when you visit another player's city. There is an issue where these two buildings may cause sync errors. This issue has already been fixed, but will require a version update for it to be applied. Thanks for the info!
