How far ahead does TeamLava begin developing weekly updates?

Does anyone know? If TeamLava is already asking about Halloween, it must be pretty far in advance. I guess if TeamLava would give us a definite answer, then we wouldn't have to complain about never receiving themes players actually want. They could be in development. :D

From what I have been told, most items are usually developed for the games 2-3 months in advance.
