Cleaning neighbors is it only three per day?

Can you only clean your neighbors three times even if more cleaning spaces are available? I was cleaning today and after three cleans, the other open spots disappeared and not able to clean. Any info is appreciated.

I am seeing the same thing. I think it is only 3 per neighbor and I think non-nbr, but I will double check on this.

I just realise that the sparkles only yield 2 measly coins..given that the buildings cost 1000s and the limitation of energy..i wonder what purpose does it serve to clean ur nbr

Correction..it appears to be the the sparkles provide 20% of the income of the building rather than coins..
