How to Log into restaurant story?

Apple replaced my phone and I redownloaded the Restaurant Story Act, but it won't let me log into my new account. My friends can still see my restaurant, I just can't function with it. I was on level 22 and really don't want to have to start over! Please help if there is any way to log back into my Storm8 ID!!

Go to www.team lava.com before entering forums there is a method to transfer your game to your new device

I'm already in level 50+ but when I opened Restaurant Story
application and check my restaurant to play, it already went back to level 1.
I don't want to restart all over again.. how can I retrieve my game?

Download a Storm8 app (I did Ninja game, was easy to get to lvl 2 to unlock the menu where you can initiate a transfer).
