There's the Healthy Ice Cream Machine which requires 10 separators and 10 floaty tubes. There's also the World Games... I don't know what parts this needs but it looks like an oven. I don't know anything about recipes for either yet. I'm currently building the Healthy Ice Cream Machine.

The Healthy Ice Cream machine is 25,000 and I think the World Games thing is also, can't tell because I need to unlock more appliance slots and it's covering it, but it's either 25k or 35k, but most likely 25k.
