I like the Metro design better. The colors are more bold in CSM. I love seeing people walking and cars on the street. I don't like is the energy.

The color choices aren't great at all. I saw City Story going in that direction as well.

Wow they are the same only the colors. The animation and the night feature and the energy...

Don't like energy don't like night feature cuz its harder to redecorate cuz you can't see in the night lol

I like the new game. The original was getting a bit stale. Hopefully we can expand more with this version.

The items in City Metro look stuffed. They look like they have no room to roam or the citizens to roam around in. The newest City Story items looked like that too. And sometimes the gradient on the buildings gets on my nerves in Metro. I don't know why, but it does.

I agree the second one is more bolder but imo, the colors aren't really comfortable to look at. I like the first one, it just seems more comfortable and relaxing.

Yes- well people like city story. Possibility that it looks good is because it's pretty much THE EXACT SAME GAME!! ( note that the capitalization used to give a sense of screaming is directed at TL and not the player)

City Story Metro is suppose to be the same game but with different features. It's like Microsoft Word 07 and 10. It's the same thing but they added new features which is why they created '10. The new features couldn't be in '07.

At least they should have given CS players the option to 'import' their CS city into this instead of starting over. Especially those who spent money on CS will feel like they got roundhouse kicked in the face.

I agree with you. I will play if I can import my items, my coins, and my city cash to Metro. I heard that another company did it to help keep it's customers.

That just emphasizes my point (and those that others have raised). It's one of those "even a child can see that it's wrong" moments. Like those commercials for some sort of bank that I saw in Canada. XD

I'm one of this who rated....badly. Before I freaked...(as I am a long time City player) I wanted to give Metro a chance. Well....been about a week, and I can not like this game, version, whatever you want to call it. The intense graphics, more so on the night screen, with the flashing sparkles almost gives me a seizure. This energy thing is RIDICULOUS! You can never truly clear your city, as you run out of energy constantly, and yes...I even do the strategic choosing of what gets clicked.

I am SO DISAPPOINTED with this game and Team Lava! Please...you can keep this one going, but don't abandon us City players...really! You can't even GIFT to any of your neighbors! At least let me send energy to my neighbors! I don't want to drop in on them...as I make them use up their energy! So I'm not really doing them a favor....

Keep both games going....TEAM LAVA....you will make double the money....but we need updates over in Country City...or maybe you don't like us Country folk? And only Metro peeps count....

No. They'll want us to start over just like all the others. But again, that's not customer satisfaction.

I had CS... Never liked it. But I love metro. It depends on the player. If you're pissed off about metro just play CS. Not all games are gonna appeal to all players.

They're unsure but we haven't gotten an update in the last two weeks and we aren't getting one this week. Everyone high doubts another update. That's why we're trying to save City Story.

Yeah that's def understandable. Especially if you've bought gems. If they remade bakery or restaurant I'd flip my lid... I've spent a lot of gems on those babies. However for some reason I like this game and I hope it stays. But also hope all you original city story folk get your update and then everyone's happy!

Sure. It's a bit messed up from trying to remake the Metro versions above.
