Problem with receiving gold

I have 12 friends may be 5 of them sent to me some gold but I've only receive 1 gift and I can't accept the others !! Why?

Someone told me my gift box is full

How can I clean it?

If 5 nbrs gifted, you should receive 5 gold, not one, because you won't be full (you can recieve 20 a day, but you cant clear it, you'll have to wait till tomorrow). And do you mean that they tell you they gifted but you can't see it on your newsfeed? Or that your newsfeed has a grayed out bar for receive? That just means you've already accepted it.
