invisible barrier on my door. no custom ers can walk in.

The customers coming into my bakery just stop at the door and don't enter. Blue hearts above their heads. It's like I have something blocking the door, but I don't. Must be invisible. This started immediately after I purchased gems and built the dolphin statue. Glitches. I shut downthe phone n logged on again. No change. Help?

Uninstall reinstall do that can you screenshot your bakery and post it here

Check in front of your register, and the path from the door to the register. It sounds like you have something in the way. If you can't see it, post a screenshot here, and others will help :)

I had something very similar happen. I have two doors. One was fine but customers walking through the other door only made it as far as one tile before turning around and leaving. The difference was there were no blue broken hearts and I still got the coins as though they had been seated and had eaten. I was earning coins really quickly actually so it was good.
