Sultan Suite is affordable unlike the new rooms where it will cost you more than 2 million coins. First to purchase the room and then to decorate. Also, you have to wait like more than 16 hours to finish building. That's why it's better to go with the Sultan Suite (imo).

Actually, the Climbing Wall is better than the Tea Room. With the Climbing Wall you get 2,200 coins and 80 XP points every 30 minutes. Instead of just 400 coins and 80 XP points. The Climbing Wall is a construction room but it's worth it.
