Cat Matters Goal Issue

I am on the first part of the Cat Matters goal. I have bought a Cat Section Sign and a Scratching post. It shows checkmarks next to the tasks, but it won't move on to the next part of the Goal. Can you help me? My Storm8 ID is trubie522 and the name of my shop is Critter Cave.
