How do i get my bakery back?

In bakery story i had a level 61 bakery and i had gotten pretty far. When i got my new phone my bakery dissapeared and i had to start over but my old bakery still exists! Is there a way for me to get it back? I really want to get it back instead of starting over!

Contact support and they will transfer it for you, give them your storm id.

Email support@teamlava.com and tell them that you want to transfer your old game to your new phone. Give your Storm ID and level along with how many gems you had.
