How do I pause the game?

You can't pause the game but if you would like to stop people from coming in your restaurant because you to make more food or whatever, just move your podium or another piece of furniture infront of the door. this stops customers from entering the restaurant, which sort of pauses the game, untill you want to reopen your restaurant again.
