What does "full" mean?

I'm new to the fame and people leave post saying I'm full.. What does this mean? And please add meeee! PuppyMomo

It means the player cannot play with your dragons because you have not collect the cash that was made. So if you go to someones park and see sparkly stars in every habitat, it means they are full and cannot be played with. :)
