Evolution Temple Level 4 Bug?

I don't have to use the temple until I'm evolving my dragon to level 7 but my friend is forced to use it to evolve her dragons to level 4. Is this a bug?

No, it's not. They make dragons evolve at different levels for different players. See this thread for more info.

Different levels for different players? My friend has to evolve THREE times before level 10. They just slapped on an extra level3 evolution for new players. How is this fair lol....

This is total bologna. Now I have to wait for every dragon to evolve before I cqn breed them, which is a total waste of time. What a stupid change.

I know, it's so unfair to the newer players. My friend just started and she has to evolve all her dragons so they can get to level 4. TL's been making prices crazy lately, increasing prices, and now new players have to evolve to get to level 4, it's just another thing TL's doing to make people impatient with waiting so they'll spend and buy more gold. :(
