I purchased gems.... Money was taken out of my account but I didn't receive the gems :(
Really puts me off ever buying them again!!

Try restarting your device to see if the gems get added. If not, send an email to support@teamlava.com
Sent them a copy of your receipt. Also check your reciept and make sure the transaction was not canceled and did go through.

I have restarted device and still no gems.
Not a happy farmer :(
I have emailed TL but apparently they have a higher than usual volume of email. Wonder how many others are having this problem!!

This has happened to me before, it took a day for my gems to show up. I think it was a delay between the app store and TL.

If they have not replied yet, just be patient, they will reply. If you do not get a reply at all, send another email. It is possible that the first one didn't go through properly.

I had this happen, I emailed my receipt and they fixed it right away. My praises to the TL CS.
