I accidentally bought a charcoal stove with gems. Just tapped in the same place one too many times. Is there any way to get my gems back?

I accidentally did something similar and I just got a reply from the support team. nmishii is correct. We don't get any refunds for anything that we cause accident. Might as well use it. I have 40 gems right now. I sure ain't going to open any boxes. If I could give them to you I would.
