Please stop the system "maintenance"

I've been bhetting this system maintenance
message constantly today.
I don't care about small bugs not getting fixed
immediately but I do get irritated when your server
crashes this often.
I think you should not have released Empire Story
if your server capacity is this weak.
Some people are losing real earth money because
of this never ending "maintenance".

Can you at least inform the users in advance?
Or say something like "sorry the server is facing
a serious capacity issue. We are trying to solve
the problem asap. Thank you for your patience.

I totally agree, im fed up of my food being spoiled due to there 'maintenance' if it keeps happening ill delete the app and just use Cafe World on Facebook instead!
