Anyone reach lv 50+?

One of my neighbour reach lv 58. I dont visit neighbour everyday but it looks like he raise about 30 lv in a day coz i remember my top lv neighbours not him. Could it be a hack or sth else?

You can gain experience quickly by repeatedly buying buildings. Delete them to make room, purchase more-rinse & repeat

I have a nbr at level 63, which I think is the max level.

63 is the max at the moment which I'm on- I brought the castle and sold it, again and again till I reached 63. Castle is 100000 to buy you get 1000 xps for it and resell for 15000.
