How do I get my customer service complaint escalated to a manager?

I asked the agent to do so several times and was ignored.

I popped my spelunking cave baloon and got the room but after i logged in again it said locked by goal and the baloon is of course gone.

This and another goal issue due to system glitch were not rectified.

Please advise.

My diamonds & coins are missing in fashion,bakery,restaurant.&farm,what's going on & can I tat them back? I didn't use them

The Support agent is probably only doing what they physically can (remember to ask nicely!:)) - if you're dissatisfied, PM either DaojinWildfire or ButterPanda with your Support ticket number. They should be able to help.
