U should be able to get it from the cloud, I would try tech support though

If you send an EMail to TeamLava they can switch your game over to yr new cellphone.
Works for me from cell phone to Ipad!

Yep just make a new I d on your new device- send thru your new I d, and tell them your old I d. Make sure you include how many coins and gems you have in each.
