Few minute ago I launched a new expansion for 7 millions and half plus 36 reservations....a minute later the working expansion is disappeared without coins back!!! I can't believe it, what can I do?

It can take 3-5 business days before a support agent answers your email.

Oh well.....after five days I've received an answer in which they ask if I still need help...... They have yet to realize that I've lost 7 millions and half??? I've email back and here we are...waiting forever. No answer on the horizon........

Well I finally have had an answer : my coins are forever lost. Sync error or something like that they say. On my side pretty unbelievable as I never had the usual out of sync message or something like that. They say they can't do anything. And that's all......

P.s. Thanks to PonyRoar for have bene simply great and kind. Without his intervention probably I wouldn't have any answer.
