Why I dont get download bubble mania goal in all stories

Why everyone get the reward like 6gem in bs, 30gems in ds/phs, but i dont have this goal for my hertry account?

With same iphone i can get reward for my other account. This proof not my device having problem

Why is so unfair?! Why everyone get lots of 45 gems in many new games but i got none all the time

I reported to TL many times they just said it is expired, wth?! I dont even see it and now expired?!??

Yeah I didn't get any goal to download it except dragon story. My poor restaurant feels neglected.. Oh wait.. Hold the phones.. I got gem sales pretty much every third day now so I'm good for now..
