How to transfer my game from a broken iPad?

Hey my old iPad broke so I'm on my new one, how do I get my saved farm story game on my new iPad. I no longer have access to my old one.

Open a new farm on your new iPad- then email support with - the old name and storm8 I d on your broken iPad ( how many gem and coins), and also the new devices new name and storm8 I d ( gems and coin count too) ask them for a transfer. Support@teamlava.com

I just downloaded a storm 8 game, used the same id that i used on my current gamesand played to level 2 and then downloaded bs and rs to the new device, everything transferred over
