So has this ever happened before w/Pet Hotel? Any other of
TL's game?

I wish TL staff would at least give its players an update!

Yes, I DID read that ORIGINAL posting re: maintenance.
However, it has now been over 24 hours!
What I am requesting is a current posting.
I feel their SILENCE since TL's original "maintenance
postings speaks volumes about their regard ( or lack
thereof) for their customers.

I am also a ZooStory2 & this comes on the heels
of a mass exodus of players who also were frustrated
by TL's silence when asked about info re: expansions.

It's just my opinion, but wouldn't you think it would
behoove everyone (players & TL staff alike) if there was
A sharing of info as to the problem & timeline???

If you read the post of GroupMagma you would see he posted at 8:26pm (my time) saying that it will take approximately 24 hours. Its not 8:26 pm so please give them more time. Fixing bugs and glitches is not easy especially when its damaging people's hotels.

Hopefully, they can fix the game tonight (my time) if anything, they will update us with news if it's going to take more than 24 hours.

Not that I know of. It's really a new game. Has been out almost a month.

I don't have any problem with taking more
time to resolve the problem, & yes, I am
aware of "fixing bugs and glitches."

If you had read my posting more carefully
to understand its context, you would see
that what I (& many other players with
whom I spoken) would appreciate is a current
update; many of us have experienced frustration
in the past w/TL's silence (which I also discussed
in my earlier post).

Of course, I'm going to see what happens... I hope
You are correct about them posting one if needed.
