I had 31 gems. When I came back a day later, I had 6. PLEASE FIX THIS!! I am extremely angry. I worked hard to get those gems!!😞

It sounds like you hit a gem trap, you can email support@teamlava.com and ask them where your gems went.

But I don't understand... I never pushed anything. I updated my device, would that have of made them disappear?

No it wouldn't. You can email them asking where they went, do you have any new items in decoration tab?

No I don't.. I think I know where they went. I was throwing away food when my bakery froze and when it unfroze 5 of my food wasnt spoiled!!

Your welcome and be careful cuz my other trap of finishing dish also changed from a standard 5 gems to depending on time of recipe... If I have a 20 hr recipe if I get trapped it will finish dish for 10 gems....

Lost 10 gems and as previous stated no pop up came up but after 2 days of searching I found a counter that cost 10 gems in me inventory and I didn't buy it or need it!!!
