I bought 120 gold with $4.99 on 6/10 and i've passed the payment confirmation page. I saw 120 gold added to the game but it was going nowhere after a min or so, and then a out of sync message pop up.

I tried all suggestion given by TL but still no luck, I wonder if this should be a server synchronize issue but TL didn not admit it, I also provided the receipt from itunes and asked for the full history of my gold consumption since the purchase. But eventually TL told me that I used up all 120 gold for speeding up the breeding, I*don't know if he/she has ever played any story game, we use the gold from time to time to speed up hatching and breeding, and we can gain extra gold from neighbor and by completing goals, TL should show me the full history of the gold consumption rather than just say without any evidence, right?

Until now I did not get a satisfactory reply from TL and it's just wasting my time to argue for just 120 gold. TL, you have created a great game but if you dont have any evidence to prove that i used all the gold, your team should acknowledge the system deficiency and stop selling any gold to make money!!!!!*

You can reply back to the last email support sent you and ask for a breakdown of how the gold was used.

Yes, I did replied back and asked for the breakdown but they did not provide it till now. So I wonder if they got a sort of server problem during my purchase and lost the record.......

Yeah with all these horror stories floating around plus people accidentally losing goals/gems in their games I am definitely never buying anything from TL. No credibility.

Agreed. You would think that paying customers would get priority treatment but they don't. I certainly won't be paying anything unless conditions improve.

Ohh I knoooow!!! This happened to me. Lost 60 gold- they told me I'd spent it as well. B B B balony.

panda_queen, thank you for the report. I will also never buy gold from TL again. Besides that, I've bought gold for ZS2, which is pretty easy to spend on rubbish accidentally clicking on something. And the final point: after few months of playing the game begins to be REALLY boring. Nowhere to expand, nothing to do except collecting coins. Are you sure you really want to spend real money on it? DS - I've spent over 100 gold speeding up the breeding times in order to get wild dragon which is 3 hours breeding time, and I spent all my gold, which was not bought but earned. And of course I didn't get this dragon. So this is like a casino with a low possibility to win. Never buying gold again.

Guys you will not get anywhere with TL I lost 400 gold bars and an eagle egg and they have told me that they are sorry about this and that nothing can be done. My complaint has been over a month and now the matter has been closed. I am fed up with their lies and excuses and it is about time that they wake up and sort out all their glitches

Got the feedback from TL saying that I promptly spent the gold right after I received it. Okay, if it is the case, SHOW ME THE RECORDS, SHOW ME THE COMPLETE BREAKDOWN, my request is very simple, if TL doesn't *have such evidence, just*accept the system deficiency and give me what I supposed to have A MONTH AGO. I will report it as a fraud case to Apple, so any of you that had the same experience, I suggest you do the same and let Apple get involved in this matter.
TL is making money from this game, they choose to spend effort in designing gold or gem trap rather than improving their system, and now it shows that the system has flaw but the paying customer has to accept it!!!**Now I not only need the gold back, but also a apology from them, they have no creditabilty, no liability, unreliable system stability and poor after-sales service.
And never , never buying gold, gem, or whatever from them, if you do, cross your finger and pray.

It looks like you used the Gems for numerous difference benefits. If you still want a list of the items/benefits your Gems were used for, please create a new ticket, send me a private message with the support ticket number, and I'll ask an agent to list everything. It may take some time, since there are a lot of things to list.

Same here... They should be able to solve any issue... It takes time? Why? What are they doing?
No update, no new quest, not solving bugs... But they are too busy to check this error?

you are waisting your time TL support are doing nothing about the problems except for making excuses how do you you 400 gold bars and an eagle egg over a month ago just to be told this issue is not resolved with no outcome except for TL doing nothing to resolve the issue. I am really fed up with all the excuses that the give you. JUST sort out the problems so everyone can enjoy the game. I for one am loseing interest quickly

Everytime the matter has been resolved you have to open up another complaint so that can it be looked into. Just accept that you and I total won;t be getting any refunds back from this people. total waste of time

Try paying $69.99 for gems, only to have them disappear for purchasing coins? Why would I want to purchase coins in a game where I can earn $50-100K per day? They have fixed the problem...NOW that my gems are gone (Pet Shop Story). And now that I've been without gems for weeks, and at my level, there is nowhere to go without gems, which I was able to buy discounted once a week or more; but now they NEVER offer the discounted rate to me! I'm done as I will NOT pay full price for virtual gems in a shop that can go nowhere else without them!
