All my Golden Utensils are missing??

The Golden Utensils you earn when you complete the cooking tools goal in the collectibles tab... yea?
Mine have all disappeared. .. The wall they were on is blank?
And I looked in the design tab for them and they aren't there either?

Oh and yes, I have forced closed and reopened my app several times.
I even restarted my phone.
