Yesterday I bought a new door, then the "processing" popped out. When the game was back, my 10 gems were gone and so was my new door!
This is frustrating. And with the increased gems to unlock new appliances, I'm not sure why I'm still playing this game.

I would email support@teamlava.com to see if they can look into your game. Have you tried rebooting your device to see if the door shows up? For some people just force closing the game and rebooting their device brings the item back, but if not, emailing support will hopefully resolve the issue for you.

I restarted my phone and the app but nothing happened.
I emailed TL support but haven't received anything yet.

I have the same thing they've replied on my mailed. Cause I lost almost 50 or so gems but they never replace anything so I don't like and will never buy their gems again. And for you to know, you'll never a response from them.

lj74717, restart the game and double-check the Design mode. It's likely the extra Door was stored.
